1. Summary
Prediction markets are moving from a niche pastime to an asset class. Once an event can be priced, the view itself becomes tradable.
Yet most products today only serve one kind of user: someone who can size positions, follow rules and absorb a losing streak. For everyone else the real barrier is not "can I read the market" but "how much do I risk, when do I stop, and what happens after eight losses in a row".
CUBEX standardises that process. We do not offer an open-ended casino; we offer a bounded product:
- Fixed position ladder — 6 tiers × 8 steps; the size of every step is defined in advance;
- AI copy-trading — the system provides direction, the user only executes; three sessions per day, 10 signals each;
- Loss-streak insurance — 8 consecutive losses return 90% of principal, moving tail risk off the user's balance sheet;
- Two settlement modes — USDT-based contracts, or CUB-based contracts funded by staking CUB.
The platform token CUB has a fixed supply of 100,000,000, no further issuance, an issue price of 0.20 USDT and an initial float of 7.1%. Its role is to connect settlement, access and incentives across the network — not merely to discount fees.

2. Market Opportunity
2.1 Events are becoming tradable assets
Digital asset markets have delivered two things over the past decade: value that moves globally, 24/7, and settlement that completes in seconds. When settlement is fast enough, any event with a single, verifiable answer at a defined time can become a contract.
Macro releases, price moves, on-chain metrics, sports and elections all share that property. A unique answer makes an event priceable; a priceable event makes it tradable.
2.2 Three barriers in existing products
- Sizing — position management is left to the user; beginners often over-size on their first trade;
- Discipline — under a losing streak, people add size, change rules and trade to recover;
- Drawdown — without hard boundaries, one extreme move can erase months of gains.
None of these are solved by education. They are solved by product structure.
2.3 Why now
Stablecoin settlement is mature, mobile has completed user onboarding, and AI has collapsed the cost of producing a directional view. Together they make a standardised retail prediction product viable for the first time.
3. Products
3.1 Event contracts
An event contract is CUBEX's core product. The user does not buy the underlying asset; they take a direction. At the end of the chosen window, a price above the entry is "up"; below is "down".
- Durations: 60s, 5m, 15m, 30m, 1h, 24h;
- Settlement price: platform index price (multi-venue weighted, outliers removed), evaluated once at window close;
- Ticket size: 1 – 5,000 USDT;
- Payoff: correct direction returns 80% of principal as profit; incorrect direction loses that ticket's principal.
Risk is fixed at entry. There is no liquidation and no margin call. The worst case is the ticket itself.
3.2 The 6 × 8 position ladder
CUBEX replaces discretionary betting with a fixed ladder. Each tier contains 8 steps with increasing size. A loss moves you one step forward; a win resets you to step 1.
- Steps are continuous — they do not reset across sessions or days; only a win resets them;
- Tiers are selectable; switching tiers restarts the count at step 1;
- Rules are enforced by the system — there is no "just this once, double it".
The ladder is not designed to make profits faster. It makes drawdown calculable: before the first trade, the user knows the worst case.
3.3 Loss-streak insurance
- Premium: 5% of the ticket principal;
- Eight consecutive losses within the same tier: 90% of principal is returned; the premium is not refunded;
- A single win resets the count; switching tiers restarts at trade 1;
- A payout immediately starts a new 8-trade count, with no daily cap.
Four cases are excluded: ticket size not matching the tier, failing to place the order within 15 seconds of an AI signal, insufficient premium, and trading against the AI's direction.
Insurance is not a yield enhancer. It moves a low-probability cluster of losses from the user's balance sheet to the platform's actuarial pool.
3.4 AI copy-trading
- Three sessions per day, 10 signals claimable per session;
- Each signal carries a direction and a suggested tier;
- Signals are linked to insurance: only trades that follow a signal enter the loss count.
AI provides probabilistic judgement, not certainty. Any single trade can lose.
3.5 CUB-based mode
- Minimum 250 CUB staked to unlock a trading quota;
- Orders and settlement are denominated in CUB; tier sizes are fixed in CUB, not converted from USD;
- Principal and returns are released at maturity.
3.6 Spot and conversion
BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT and CUB/USDT are traded on an order book with limit and market orders. Spot provides an observable, hedgeable reference price for event contracts, and an on/off ramp for users.
3.7 Nodes and distribution
| Node | Price | Term | Contract payout | Supply / per user |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ecosystem | 500 USDT | 90 days | 81% | 500 / 5 |
| Genesis | 1,000 USDT | 90 days | 82% | 300 / 3 |
| Super | 3,000 USDT | 90 days | 83% | 100 / 2 |
Node holders receive term-based returns and team rewards. Team rewards run on two independent lines: volume-based and management-based.
4. Technology
4.1 Pricing and settlement
Price is the only input to an event contract, so data quality determines fairness. CUBEX uses a multi-venue index: spot prints from major exchanges, outlier-filtered and weighted, with a 200 ms fast price used for entry validation.
If a venue degrades (latency, gaps, deviation), the system fails over to a backup source and settles on valid samples within the window, so a single bad feed cannot determine the outcome.
4.2 Ledger
Double-entry accounting: every balance change has a corresponding ledger entry, and users can trace the full history of their funds. Orders, fills and settlements are timestamped and auditable.
4.3 Matching and performance
Spot matching is an in-memory price-time priority engine with asynchronous persistence. Market data is pushed over WebSocket with per-client throttling so that high concurrency does not degrade the order book.
5. Risk Control and Security
- Account security: login password, fund password, TOTP two-factor, re-authentication on sensitive actions;
- Withdrawal protection: fund password required, address allow-list and manual review supported;
- KYC: tiered verification — L1 collects country, name and ID number; document and liveness checks follow;
- Trading risk: per-order and per-window limits, abnormal-order detection and automatic circuit breakers;
- Treasury: cold/hot wallet segregation with multi-signature approval for large transfers;
- Proof of reserves: quarterly disclosure of reserve addresses, liability snapshots and Merkle root, with user-verifiable inclusion (planned).
6. Business Model
- Trading: spot fees and event-contract settlement service fees;
- AI services: metered signal packs;
- Node sales: node licences and term-based revenue sharing;
- Distribution: tiered rebates settled on volume and management performance;
- Future: institutional API, liquidity services, asset management products.
A portion of platform revenue is allocated to CUB buybacks and ecosystem building; the exact ratio and execution are subject to official announcements.
7. CUB Token Economy
| Item | Parameter |
|---|---|
| Token | CUB (CUBEX platform token) |
| Total supply | 100,000,000 — fixed, no further issuance |
| Issue price | 0.20 USDT |
| Initial FDV | 20,000,000 USDT |
| Initial float | approx. 7.1% |
7.1 Utility
- Settlement: the unit of account for CUB-based contracts;
- Access: staking CUB unlocks CUB-based trading quota;
- Incentives: the distribution asset for node and channel rewards;
- Governance (planned): parameter changes and listing votes.
7.2 Sources of value
CUB's value does not rest on a buyback promise. It rests on three things: real usage demand from CUB-denominated settlement, lock-up demand from the node and channel system, and the buyback capacity generated by platform revenue. All three require time to prove out.
The 0.40 USDT "ecosystem target" is an internal planning reference. It is not a price commitment or a promise of return.

9. Compliance and Risk Disclosure
Digital asset trading is high risk and may result in the total loss of principal. Event contracts are a high-risk derivative product; participate only within your risk tolerance.
- The platform does not serve residents of restricted jurisdictions;
- KYC and AML screening apply; the platform may request additional information or restrict accounts;
- On-chain transfers are irreversible — always verify address and network;
- Plans, parameters and partnerships in this document may change; official announcements prevail;
- This document is not investment advice, an offer, or a promise of returns.
Conclusion
The history of finance is the history of falling friction in the movement of value. Prediction markets make judgement priceable, tradable and scalable for the first time.
CUBEX does not aim to be the biggest venue. It aims to be the most calculable one: calculable sizing, calculable drawdown, verifiable rules. When risk becomes calculable, ordinary users can finally participate.
